Computer Assistance

There are different levels of computing support across the University available to residential faculty and staff.

• Personal computers in the College Houses: residential faculty and staff who have personal computers in their College House apartments can receive computing support from Caroline Couture (caroline@upenn.edu).
• Department issued computers: faculty and staff who have computers in their offices should contact their school or department for assistance.
• Penn school/department email accounts: For assistance with a Penn school/department email account, faculty should contact their school or department for assistance.
• Penn CHAS Staff email accounts: For assistance with a CHAS departmental Penn email account in CHAS Central or College House Office, staff should contact their CHAS LSP Caroline Couture (caroline@upenn.edu).
